• 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 T Dry Creek Rib Rub
  • 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 6 oz. water
  • 1 T flour
  • 2 t sugar
  • 1/2 t mustard powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Directions

    In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain if desired. Add flour, and cook for 1 minute. Mix in the tomato paste, water, sugar, Dry Creek Rib Rub, and mustard powder. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until sauce is until sauce is to desired thickness. Add salt to taste. Serve on hamburger buns, bread, or over rice. Top with American, Swiss, or Cheddar cheese if desired.
